The Lessons

Lessons last 40 minutes and you are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing.  

 

Using gentle hands-on guidance and verbal explanations you will learn to find ease and balance within yourself in simple movements and everyday activities - such as sitting, standing, walking or bending.

You will gain increased awareness enabling you to change long-standing habits and to function more efficiently.

Part of the lesson may include you lying down in the classic Alexander Technique semi-supine position.

 

I teach from my home so hours are negotiable from Monday to Friday.  There is a parking place available to you.

 

A lesson costs £40.
